My name is Cheryl
Schultz, surviving spouse of PO Kevin Schultz EOW
8/17/2002. Kevin died during the rescue of a 12
year boy from the Rio Grande.
Kevin worked for
Santa Fe Sheriffs
Department and Pojoaque Tribal Police
Our faith in God and the assistance from
COPS has supported us in rebuilding our lives.

Sharon has been involved in the National Memorial for many years as
well as the spouse of Ret. PO Robert Valtierra.
She has experience in the FOP Auxillary and helps us considerably in our fundraising efforts
. We are very
grateful to have her on board to give us some well
needed help.

Doreen is the
surviving spouse of Jeffery Cole Russell (EOW January 8, 2002)
. Officer
Russell was killed in an automobile accident on I-40
while returning to the station.
Officer Russell was a member of the Albuquerque
Police Department for 17 years, and was a member of
the Honor Guard. He is survived by his wife, son,
and three daughters.

Robin is a Bernalillo
County Deputy. She is on the Honor Guard.
She supports us as a
liaison in departments and with families as well as fundraising efforts. She is a loud voice in our organization. She
is a surviving co-worker.

Julie works for the
Albuquerque Police Department. She came to us
through the FOP as a liaison to assist
in communication. Since then she jumped in and has done
whatever we needed. We are
grateful for her help. She is surviving
co-worker.
